Overall, the study successfully reflected the perspectives of the UEL students about the future of university education, curiously the type of service provided by schools like UEL. 2.0 Research methodology 3.1 Sampling There are 120 students were selected to answer the designed questionnaire exclusively only 75 students were respond.

However, 10 students are not say questionnaire properly and 35 are non respondents.
